I like the simplicity of what you guys are suggesting for the beginning to focus on. The only thing I would add is trying really hard not to getting calories from liquids or yeah, anything in that regard. Strength training produces results because it's a stress on the body and your body adapts to it. And if you're doing nothing, none of it doesn't take much to get the little goes a long way,. especially with somebody who has been deconditioned for 20 years.
