Yogan Meditation
i've engaged in yogan meditation that uses a shakes as well. And i find that, i guess one way that i like to think of it is, it is not the way the at of the body actually works, but it is a way that the body can be interpreted a to aid in meditation yoga. Like thinking about a, youknow, like this energy point moving from shock to shock. R focusing on, say, a, like breathing through your third eye. You know, obviously you're not really breathing through a hole in your your skull, but somehow, like focusing on that can be very helpful. It gives you, like, a different physical focus to get out of
