The Importance of Humility in Senior Technical Leaders
I think the number one thing that i learned while talking to folks is that there's just a bunch of different ways that you can become a senior, i see. Don't want thing that stood out to me, and i don't actually know if it came through in the inters as much, but just the amount of humility that all these people have. And for me, it's kind of hard, because my default is actually to be pretty self assured and sort of, you know, almost to the extent of being brash. Take a step back, make more, let more people talk. En, just be uble.
