Toxic waste is if all the components come together to create it, but they are all kind of toxic a little bit. I was in a workshop recently where we were actually going through the steps of a trusted setup. The only risk as I've understood it is if everyone's colluding. That means if you have a smaller group, save three people who know each other, the likelihood of them colluding is probably higher than 100 people who are scattered around the world and driving into the woods.
