i've kind of set up the book as a three step process. The first step there is not a meditation practice at all. It's actually helping people just map out their habit loops. Comprehension can be tremendously illuminating for a lot of folks. And what they can also do is trigger some curiosity, whereas, you know, they're getting some positive reinforcement from it. So i think of these these third step practices coming in to n flavors,you know, curiosity and kindness. But if you take curiosity as one flavor and take kindness as another flavor, boy, are we really good as humans in i societies, at judging ourselves, judging other people, judging everything, Judging our experiences
