How to Increase Insights in Conversations

We've done this literally thousands of times over 15 years. It's really possible to increase insights in conversations, but we're very tempted to jump into the problem. That tends to inhibit insight as opposed to doing big picture thinking. So insights basically come when we're able to think about our thinking a bit more and reflect on patterns and thoughts in our thinking process.
