San Francisco is ungovernable. The thing that's so strange about this crumbling West, this crumbling progressive agenda is people know they have the power to stop it. You don't believe that after spending a billion dollars down the drain on homeless, they could have taken that billion dollars and made a beautiful tent city. That should be an object for pessimism. But I think we can self correct because the people who bought into that don't buy into it anymore. At least publicly. And the movements eating its own.
