In human societies, you can never remove any political institution without basically fighting a civil war. If you fight a civil war and win, you to the victor goes the spoils. So if you want to centralize power, generally, what you do is you create a new institution to do a thing that the old institution did,. You keep that old institution. This is exactly what the noes did in Germany after their revolution. They created an office of diversity and inclusion then put every under other, like, existing office under that. That's pretty much the only way. And it's kind of the same with this sort of a solution to am like the problem of politics, of already
