How to Supervise a Supervisor
The final competency is communication, right? Report writing, feedback and that kind of stuff. This becomes an area where it is more repairable, right? The writing we can do drafts. It's not unusual for me to go through 10, 15 drafts of a report with some of my supervisey. I'm actually going to put comments in and make them fix it so that they learn it.
