Is Alice and Mack a Victim of Keith Reneary?

Alice and Mack was seemingly like a crazy person who by serendipity came into contact with this already insane group. She's culpable to an extent because she helped do some bad things here. But I also think she's more of a victim of Keith Reneary than anything else.
