How to Stop Drugs in Prisons

Martin's first task was to find out how drugs were get into the prisons. He used what he describes as a multi pronged approach. Any packages entering the prisons were routinely checked. Then martin applied for a change in the law to allow prisons to monitor inmates phoane calls, if you could find out who they were getting drugs from,. You had a better chance of putting a stop to it.
