I love hearing singers who are doing riffs and runs, I cannot do. The vocal cords, it's like a muscle. So any athlete, you have to condition your body. If you don't stretch, you pull a muscle,. And I'm constantly trying to learn. Plastic on the sofa by Beyonce challenged me vocally and I was grateful for it.
