The Mission Statement of the Western States Board
I love the mission statement of the Western States board that is to deliver a world-class, ultra-running experience to every athlete. It's very concise and it didn't necessarily change us. We were trying to write it so it reflected what our values really are,. But I use it all the time now. I look at it and make sure that I am delivering a world-classes experience.
