Chiropractors have this, this bad rap for a long time of being, oh, you come what you're here for life. And that's one thing that's a little fearful for me of adding automations as well if I can't change them. The second is documentation. It's again time consuming and something nobody wants to do. But it's really the same thing as if you had that process be a manual one with paper, but there's only one person in your company that knew what it was. Right.
