Being a cash buyer is 100% an advantage, especially as interest rates were rising. We're finding that more and more, our cash offer is a value proposition that sellers are getting wise to. Our underwriting tools are really great, and our human analyst team is extremely quick to evaluate. On the partner side, we do work with external brokers. Part of that was a very intentional gamg plan to leverage the experts in the norms of those brokers who are in those local markets.
