Medicaid in the Senate: A Different Perspective

The dynamic is different in the Senate to Sarah's point that over there in the Senate, it seems like the conservative demands like from Ted Cruz and Rand Paul and Mike Lee are a little more amorphous. The fact that Medicaid is clearly in the mix in the Senate is a big difference. I think one of the things you've really seen happening with the Medicaid expansion is it has gotten hospitals on board in a new way in trying to protect Medicaid.
