Is There a Conflict Outside of Us?
We're going to have this conflict outside of us forever, but it doesn't have any say ever how we live and how we move. It's the internal conflict. That will kill us. Islands of sanity in the midst of this decline that are saying we're offering another way. What is the other way? Rest. Hebrews, rest. Waiting on the Lord. Discipline, the disciplines. And when it's not falling apart, we're not powerless. We're not alone. This doesn't have to end this way. The answer is healing. Right. One of my friends said the other day to me, Jesus never fixed anything. He heals things. He doesn't fix things
