RSUs are something that you know you go for any big company they have a RSU segment in the compensation so what are RSUs how do they work basically right. At the time of resting there's a fair market value assigned to it which is whatever might be the fair market value of the company at that point in time based on their share price. Once they have been given to you how their value change over time you are going to reap the benefit. If I got 10 dollars 10 shares of Amazon in 2010 now how the price of Amazon's share change over time I am going to reap all the benefit and if they go down and if I have not sold them then I might also lose
