Nick Hamman was director of football. We had myself, we had a few scouts that went out part-time in England. And I would watch the players. I'd tell Nick that I'd seen a player. He might go and watch the player as well. But he never went to Steve unless I was short. Now people just text each other. There's no chat like this. No conversations. It's all about football.
