The Gregory-Ville Marques: A Case Study
The courts determined that too much time had passed to pursue any charges against Marcel and Jacqueline Jacob. In 2016, new software allowed investigators to upload information from the hundreds of testimonies gathered in the Gregory-Ville Marques over the decades.
