The Importance of Fed Liquidity
The Fed likes to say it's an abundant reserve, but you would prefer the abundant liquidity. This issue is extremely relevant today, right? Because obviously we're seeing, you know, pressure on the banking system or pressure on particular segments of the banking system. And that's exactly for this reason that I think just to start by thinking about fed liquidity and then let the market sort of allocate it.
