It doesn't matter. Your recovery runs are not judged by your pace. They are judged simply by the fact of, did I feel better when I finished than when I started? And if the answer is yes, then you can claim success. If the answer is no, then you probably should have slowed down and listened to your body a little bit better along the way. So really embrace the intuition of feeling those recovery runs definitely on those days ignore your watch because again, it doesn't matter in the least what your watch says. It might actually be a hindrance if you care whatyour watch says at all.
