Walter Mosley: It's really interesting to think about like, what is motivating us? And are we setting a direction? Are we setting a goal? Is this thing that we're looking at changing of value? He says the things that have worked best for him is with fitness being a value. Mosley: For me, it's primarily, well, at least for a while, it became very primarily about my mental health.
