The Role of Congress in Dealing With Propaganda and Hate Speech
There's a central and fundamental role for congress, which is the representatives of the people in fighting for a pro democracy programme. So yes, i think congress has got to be right at the centre of of dealing with that. And obviously, you know, we've had something to do with the internet in terms of immunizing as the inter net service provider against certain kinds of lawsuits. Is it better to make them responsible? Or if we can make tha investment, are there other kinds ofa regulatory guard weels that can be put up. That's complicated.
