Is There a Brain Drain?

i'm seeing people leaving the sector altogether who have a lot of institutional knowledge and were, you know, important to those s a. Part of it is there hasn't been a lot actually happening in terms of, like, regulation. It's a very complex, difficult part of the avy problem. I think this is just sort of some of the early signs. But i'm believing the space altogether.
