The Importance of Knowledge in Cold Calling

I think a little bit of both. If I were to call a company today with FinSuite's portfolio and with what I know, I think I could get a company to say yes to a website on a cold call. But back then, I really didn't know much. I had only played around with websites at the time. So it's a combination of just not being there yet, not really understanding what I need to do. And also, very few people want to be called up and say, hey, come and spend $500 or $1,000 or whatever the amount is. Nobody likes to be called with a big ask, with a big company change.
