Introduction

In Episode 82, the ADHD Adults discuss the emerging theory (or hypothesis if Alex gets his way) that ADHD was beneficial when were a hunter-gatherer society.   As usual, Alex the Psycho-education Monkey delivers the "science" behind the subject,  personal reflections on this theory are delivered by all three ADHD adults and lets face it, even we can't pretend that the 'top tips' this week are in any way useful  'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" continues and the usual correspondence, chaos and nonsense are included.  James goes for a poo, Mrs ADHD is a Neanderthal and Alex attempts a Brummie accent AGAIN...
