How to Create Evergreen Products

Do you feel like watching the trends take so much of your time that it doesn't help you there? Maybe a little, but I would have to really figure out what my evergreen product would be because I do want it to always stay in that pop culture niche. Was there a trend or product that you tried that didn't work out? And can you tell me about that and what did you learn from it?
