I would just say very quickly thatut the problem woul. Even worse is tat when a country is strong, militarily strong, and it seems weak, then the loss of deturrance is magnified. You know, britain and france had a better army. They had better weaponry than germany. And the germans kept thinking, if i were them, i would have thought ihad gone into the sar land when we were in poland. So our enemies look at this huge military and they look at this country, and they think wi they have all these advantages,. Yet their crisis of will and so allows them to have no confidence in themselves.
