Do You Think You're the Best Candidate?

I've got two of the most brilliant organisations, psychologists that work with me in my Westpac capacity. Their ability to implement and to inform and to use psychological science for the betterment of their organisation is just amazing. And I think we will start to see more of that and more internal roles in this in this space. It might be a case of getting someone in with most of the skillset and then developing that person. That can happen and that will work. There's just no lack of information out there. We just need to get in there and absorb it and then put it in the practice.
