The Importance of Process in Engineering
How much do you get into the weeds or how much are you hands on with regards to process? Like when we go into individual engineering teams, how they go about accomplishing the goals that you all have agreed upon going about. Are you in there on the weeds in that or you just come stay out of it? I'm mostly like letting teams self organize around what they want to be doing. Every team has different needs and things. We are trying to create a little bit more consistent process for understanding the broader portfolioFor horizontal efforts, meaning like, let's say one team on a framework needs something done, but it actually affects the way build serve works.
