The Importance of Standard Setting

I think the changes that you've recently made to the red red plus methodologies are a great example of this. I imagine it's been a challenge, but it's also been an important test case. So we need to transition that, but that transition has to be done in a thoughtful and effective way. But there's one thing is setting the rules and making sure that they make sense based on input and stakeholder expertise, et cetera. The other part that we do is hold people accountable. And when an auditor isn't doing their job right, you have to call them out.
