How to Improve Your Kick

In terms of kick, it's not just a one week investment. If you're looking to change a physiological architecture in either kick or pull, it's about having investment in that progress for a 10 to 32 weeks really. I think ankle flexibility is one thing that you really need to look at. Overall leg strength is something that will generally hurt a better kicking. And then lastly, once you've become a better kicker, make sure you're connecting it to your swimming stroke.
