Do You Have Access to Muscles?
When you're lifting a heavier weight, your body is just doing what it can to move the weight up. The goal is to dactivate the muscles that take over and focus on the target muscles. You can't do that when the weight is heavy. When i built a ton of muss when i got bigger, i had more joint issue than i ever had before. But one of the things i'm noticing now is that my joints don't hurt as much anymore. It would have behoved me to actually lift like I did in my early 20s or 30s.
