I asked Kent Beck if he had a metric for developer productivity and he said something like not yet, but I've only been at this for 30 years or so. So maybe it's more like you reward the engineering team as a whole based on like improvement of customer facing metrics without trying to attribute it to specific efforts by people. Yes. Number nine was do you rotate engineers into support? Mm hmm. He says, yeah. All their engineers start off doing weekly support. And then after they do a certain amount of that, they graduate and then they, but they still are rotated into support on some sort of ongoing basis. Yeah. We all kind of were in support regularly.
