Is Exercise Helpful for ADHD?
There are some apps that you can download on your phone or computer that actually change the light from the screen to a yellow light rather than the blue light. Exercise is helpful in sleep onset, but particularly so for ADHD and trying to introduce just a short amount of exercise into your day might make a big difference. If all else fails, definitely downloading some of those apps so that you are not getting that same blue light input.
