Surveillance, Is It a Good Idea?

The high price seems to have changed nothing. Corporate stores closing more and more break-ins, but it's not glaring. A bike store here, Berkeley closed because they were tired of getting broken into. The same day I learned that a very special import tea house in the older established and very nice suburban parts of the Oakland Hills has been broken into by a gang of five. So my guess is if you look at the networks that are fielding these gangs, most of them probably have some pretty significant organization behind them. It's part of the plan, the beatdown plan.
