i think it's hard to solve difficult problems, or complex problems, with simple solutions. You can write the same ap in many different architectural styles, and you can still get great salts. So much of this also comes down to the nature of each project. And which way you pick is not necessarily like, better or worse than any other way. It's just different trade offs. i always feel like when people talk about architecture, it's great to talk about design patterns or these more kind of pre defined ways of architecting an ap but i think you always need to combine that your own system design.
