Bishar told Paul that he had already shot footage in Iraq and that they could just use that for the war sequences. That footage never materialized, so he was just like, we were doing an Iraq just filming thing. When Bush has sent us over there to find them weapons of mass destruction that we gave them, I got some b-roll. You never know what you might discover. And how does that work? None of the actors would be in those scenes.
