The Good Union Jobs

The law is creating some of what we were getting at in terms of a market response, which was hoped for. Is there also a market response in terms of workforce development programs that go along with some of this work? What's happening to ensure especially people in disadvantaged communities have access to these good jobs that are being created here? That's a great question. The city has only limited levers to actually control the private sector job market, but it should employ those levers. We hope to take this statewide and nationwide as well.
