Is That Normal for the Archivists?

Sandy Burger went into the archives and stole some classified documents. The only reason they knew that is because he had requested to look at a particular document. He didn't take it out earlier. They don't have a central registry, but every time any document among a 435 congressional representatives and a hundred senators and the White House staff is stamped classified if that goes into a computer. And so why were they there? Why do they find these things out? That's a $64,000 question. But Joe Biden has willingly brought this to the attention and he's complaining. It'll be very hard then if they ever get into the Delaware repository for more stuff.
