The Importance of Strength Training

I think that full body strength training is the most efficient way to get to where you're trying to go. If you're looking for an answer in like a couple of weeks, it's not going to happen. You can make your arm muscles bigger by working your arm muscles or make your butt muscles bigger but reducing fat loss doesn't work like that. I want to ask a few listener questions.
