The Biggest Mistake That Many Organizations Make
i wanted to start by asking you, what is one thing that many organizations get fundamentally wrong or misout on in their approach to leading people? I think the biggest issue is that we invented management as a way to control people. And i think it's boring, but there is a lot of sense in having people at the top figure stuff out and then tell everybdy what to do. When the world changes a lot, that ends up being the biggest mistake that you can make. You're not allowing people to use their natural strength and their natural intelligence to solve business problems.
