Do You Have SUI While You're Lifting?

There is a weight that you can lift and squat, deadlift and whatever other exercise you're doing that don't cause this. Once you kind of exceed that intensity, it's going to usually happen. At some level of competition, you're unable to do enough PT exercises and whatever to really change whether or not this is happening. It doesn't mean that it's getting worse or you're causing like this increased risk of bad things to happen later on.
