For me, scalable growth is sustainable over a period of time. Having the ability to rinse and repeat, whether it's a product go to market or customers success strategies. We've seen quite a lot of technology companies lay off people in recent months. Do you think these lay offs are a symptom of that companies haven't necessarily gone on the scalable growth path? Or do you think it's a symptom of something else? Am, is many things, right? Each company is unique. At the end of the day, their market position, their own value proposition, their comparative landscape and their road map, their future road map, all drive their decisions on recourcing and talent.
