I can eat the same thing for probly about a year or so before i am not enjoying it any more and want to change it up. The point here is, do not try to force yourself to eat food that you don't like. It doesn't work long term. Accommodate your needs. That constellation of metric will give you a very comprehensive picture of your overall health.
