The Importance of the Small Things Add Up in Compound

In my experience, it's important that you do the really big things and the very small things but maybe the medium things don't matter as much. If someone went to a startup and then they went for a road to big company and they went back to a big company maybe that's like a good sign. They belong at a more orderly place whereas like someone just kept dealing with the craziness of a startup. So obviously the most important things, the value creation comes from 10 experts and startups. But again, my definition of the immersion is not your friend, time is not your Friend.
