The upside of private equity or private markets is much bigger than after a company goes public. And part of it is because it brings the break even point down for funds, right? So basically they'll look at and they'll say, well, you know, to have another investor, it's going to cost me X to make that worth my while. The problem is a lot bigger than what people think.
