How to Deal With Anxiety
We start by tapping on the eyebrow point and we're just giving a voice to how we feel. I want more out of life. But I'm scared of being disappointed. So I keep procrastinating. Because that feels safer. It's safe to make a mistake. Under the mouth, it's safe to try something new. And when we're starting to feel calm then we can move to something more positive but we always have to start honoring with how we're feeling.
