All organizations start as kind of a leadership system and then move more into management over time. If you look at what people do it's not much management it's a lot more grabbing coming up with ideas in the broader sense come closer to visions running with initiatives helping provide the lead on initiatives. The irony is the more successful they are, the one piece of the organization that has to grow which is the management part. It just seems to always happen that the management part starts getting almost like annoyed with this little leftover leadership part.
